(Digital & Traditional (fine art and any non fine) Art, Jewelry Designs that are MY OWN, Sculptures (figurines, jewelry focals, ornaments etc), Pyrography (wood burnned art works & signs), FanArt Works ( anime, non-anime, public figures etc), Photography (it may not all be good, but it's still MINE), Image manipulations (speaks for itself, as to what it is), And any resources I might provide (for DA or other, communities) - If something does not fall into these mentioned types of works, please ASK- do NOT assume it's ok if its not here!)

This action will be for the violation of my copyright, as well as violation of the U.S Copyright act. As it applies to my works.
ALL of my works.

The only exception to this statement is:
If you have my EXPRESS, WRITTEN, (NOTARIZED-Signature) PERMISSION OR a contracted agreement LICENSING, that states what the specific work is to be used for (what purpose it is allowed) as well as the written time and date of the START and END dates that said agreement is in effect for.
The exception will be for the *above* stated times and purposes. May not be used for any thing that is nor specifically stated in the contract.
If I request a C&D (Cease and Desist = (means STOP - in layman's terms) A cessation of an action) of the publishing, ANYWHERE, of ANY of my works, you MUST comply without argument.

Furthermore: If I have given or hold a JOINT Copyright with another party- then you will also need that party's permission, in the same way that you have gained mine (if I give it), and I am not obliged to give out the contact info of the other holder(s) if they have asked me for anonymity.
The other holder does NOT have the right to have a say on my behalf, and I do NOT have the right to do so on their behalf, either.
If one of us refuses, there is not likely to be a disagreement - The disagreeing opinion outweighs the other persons (possible) willingness to allow it.
This goes for art trades, requests of OC’s and some fanarts.
In the case of most fanarts - this this also holds true.
Though I WILL respect and credit the copyright holders of the series that the fanart belongs to.
However, I am only claiming the WORK that I did. I and not claiming the characters or their series. JUST the work on the project is mine!
And it will also not be posted without my written permission or without my watermark.
